Is My Water Heater Failing?
Most don’t think about their water heater until they find themselves with only cold water coming out of their faucets. Don’t let it get that far.
If your water heater is already showing signs that it’s failing (like taking forever to heat your water, running out of hot water quickly, or producing discolored or smelly water), then it may be time for a replacement. Remember – most water heaters only last around a decade, so if yours is older than that, it may be time to call us in!

Tankless Water Heaters
One of the biggest advantages of a tankless water heater is that they only produce hot water as you need it – meaning you never run out.
This leaves you wasting less water, saving on energy bills, and since there’s no tank, you won’t be at risk for leaks, either. Not to mention, no tank means a lot more space! Ask about your options today – we’d be happy to get one installed for you.
Powered Anode Rods
Are you worried about water corroding your tank water heater and causing damage?
A powered anode rod may be the solution you’re seeking. These are installed inside of the tank, and they work by sending electrical pulses through your water. This helps to keep any metal-loving minerals and bacteria well away from the sides of your tank.
Anode rods are definitely a worthwhile investment, and installing one will extend the lifespan of your system.
