Our Business Policies

We want our customers to know our business policies up-front, and what to expect from our service technicians.

  • We send a technician to visit the location you are requesting service.
  • The technician will give verbal options and pricing of services we can perform for your approval prior to starting work on site.
  • Since we incur costs sending someone to your home, there is a minimum service call charge to you if a task is not performed at that visit for any reason.
  • Performing tasks prices are higher than our minimum charge to you.
  • When a task is performed at that visit, we only charge you prices you pre-approved and authorized.
  • Payment is due at the time of the service call visit. We take Checks, Cash, and with an additional 3% fee – Credit cards (MC, Visa, Discover).
